Hello there,

I am Manos, the owner and manager of CreteVillas4U & Villas4U. I have been involved in the hospitality sector long before founding CreteVillas4U & Villas4U.

In fact, I was born, raised, and spent most of my life in a family-owned hotel. So, it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study at Rhodes Tourism School and later decided to start my own business in the field.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics, and operations.

It is a culture passed down from one generation to the next. You can study to become a hotel manager, but you cannot study how to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveler, I expect nothing less for myself.
We work in partnership with our property owners (400+ in total) to help them develop their villas to surprise and delight travelers.

We lead the way in offering fully staffed Villas and Holiday Rentals in Crete, ensuring the ultimate relaxation experience. Over the years, we have built connections with the people, food, wine, and traditions of Crete.

CreteVillas4U has been recognized at the prestigious Tourism Awards in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 for excellence in Digital Presence & Online Communication.

In 2023, we proudly took home the Gold award at the Greece Stay Awards for category ''Top Bookings website'' www.cretevillas4u.com and the Silver for the category ''Property Manager of the Year''

Short statement about the participation

" Drawing from my years of experience managing over 400 villas through CreteVillas4U, I will share practical strategies on how villa owners and managers can anticipate and address potential issues before they arise and finally get a 5* review.

By focusing on proactive communication, attention to detail, and personalized hospitality, we can significantly reduce complaints and elevate the guest experience to new heights.
